Compensation Review
The Dame Linda Dobbs’ Review has no connection with the Compensation Review being conducted by Professor Griggs. Anyone who has information they wish to provide to Dame Linda’s Review should be aware that any information already passed to the Professor Griggs Review, including the names of complainants, will not be in the possession of Dame Linda unless any individual complainant wishes to provide it to her via the Dame Linda Dobbs' Review email.
Complaints to LBG
For the purposes of the Review, Dame Linda will consider all relevant information submitted to the Review. However, because the Review is independent of LBG, information submitted to the Review will not be treated by LBG as a complaint within the meaning of LBG's complaints handling procedures. If you would like to make a complaint to LBG in accordance with those procedures, information about how to complain can be found here for personal customers and here for business customers.
